Straight away when meeting Shawn I knew he was the builder for Irvine Development. The Rocorp team assisted me the whole way through the development process from demolition of the old houses, drainage and earthworks, water, power and gas upgrades to dealing with local council to ensure no delays occurred.
The 8 double brick townhouses were all sold before titles were issued, above the first initial budget costings.
